SAP Business Analyst

Robert Half's client needs a versatile SAP Business Analyst to support an ongoing SAP ECC 6.0 implementation and optimization initiative. This is a hybrid role (with flexibility for remote) that involves close collaboration with GM and other internal teams. The Analyst will be responsible for assessing business needs, guiding the Materials and Finance teams, and supporting cross-functional SAP processes to ensure successful project execution.Key **Conduct scope definition and participate in project planning sessionsLead and participate in meetings to evaluate changes and their cross-functional impactsPerform impact analysis for any proposed system or process changesProvide hands-on guidance and support to the Materials teamAssist with EDI-related questions and troubleshootingOffer insights and minor support across HR and Payroll modules, if neededProven experience with SAP ECC 6.0, particularly in Materials Management (MM) and Finance (FI)Strong understanding of functional SAP processes"”a "jack of all trades" with the ability to flex across domainsKnowledge of EDI integration and supportExperience or exposure to HR and Payroll modules is a plusStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment SAP Business Analyst 1 Year Contract / 40 hrs. per week and tapering off over time. *** Hybrid - Dayton, OH (Remote option available if hybrid candidates are not available, remote candidate must be open to traveling and spending time onsite.
