With decades of experience and a commitment to safety, quality, and innovation, we take pride in building the essential infrastructure that keeps our communities connected and moving.Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager to oversee and execute large-scale infrastructure projects, including highways, bridges, utility installations, mass transit, and site development. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with deep knowledge of civil construction, strong client-facing skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of project execution from pre-construction through closeoutDevelop project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocationsCoordinate with engineers, subcontractors, field staff, and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with all safety standards, permitting, and regulatory requirementsOversee cost control, change orders, subcontractor management, and reportingFoster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local agenciesManage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and contracts using industry-standard software (e.g., HCSS, Procore, Primavera P6)Lead project meetings and communicate progress, issues, and solutions effectivelyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldMinimum 5-10 years of project management experience in heavy civil constructionProven track record managing DOT, infrastructure, or large-scale civil projectsStrong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost controlExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficient with construction management software and MS Office SuiteOSHA 30 certification preferredWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusVehicle allowance or company vehicleFull benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Opportunities for advancement within a well-established and growing firmSupportive team culture with a focus on safety, excellence, and continuous improvement
