We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Job Architecture Consultant to support the design, mapping, and implementation of a comprehensive job architecture framework. This role is part of the broader Human Resources transformation initiative focused on creating consistent job structures, leveling, and career paths across the organization. The consultant will work closely with HR leadership, compensation teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals, internal equity, and external market benchmarks.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a standardized job architecture framework across departments and functionsConduct job analysis and facilitate job mapping to families, functions, and levelsCollaborate with HR and business leaders to validate and align role definitions and responsibilitiesSupport job leveling, titling conventions, and progression pathwaysAnalyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitivenessProvide recommendations on organizational design and workforce planningSupport change management and communication efforts related to job architecture rolloutPrepare documentation and materials to enable HR and business adoptionQualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field5+ years of experience in HR consulting, compensation, or job architecture designStrong knowledge of job evaluation methods, career framework development, and organizational designExperience with HRIS platforms and compensation toolsExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insightsAdditional Information Remote and hybrid work arrangements are possible.
