This role is less about aesthetics and more about designing, documenting, and scaling the workflows that bring products to life.You'll be responsible for:Creating and maintaining end-to-end documentation for how products are designed and builtMapping workflows using Miro and writing processes in QuipBuilding scalable templates/themes and defining tools from the ground upAuditing internal systems, collaborating with engineering to troubleshoot and improve toolsCreating centralized production hubs with everything teams need to execute design at scaleWorking across Wrike, Quip, Box, and Miro to manage systems and documentationWhat we're looking for:5+ years in production design ops, systems design, or creative toolingDeep understanding of design workflows, documentation, and template systemsExperience working cross-functionally with engineering and creative teamsStrong communicator who can simplify complexity and drive clarityIf you're passionate about structure, scalable processes, and building from scratch"”we'd love to connect.
