Project EngineerLocation: San Diego, CASalary: $75,000 to $95,000 DOEWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Project Engineer to support the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role plays a key part in project planning, coordination, documentation, and communication, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.Job Responsibilities, including but not limited to:· Support Project Manager with day-to-day operations of construction projects.· Manage and organize all project documents including RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and more.· Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.· Implement quality assurance measures.· Assist with procurement and inventory process.· Prepare RFIs and track responses.· Maintain positive relationships while performing assigned responsibilities.· Provide on-site support, monitor site safety and participate in job walks as needed.· Perform additional cross-functional collaboration duties as needed.Qualifications:· 2+ years of related construction management experience.· Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field. Preferred, not required.· Knowledge in paint, tile, flooring, and/or carpentry services preferred.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Procore.· Valid drivers license and clean record.· Willingness and ability to travel.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
