A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.Key responsibilitiesProcess Evaluation & OptimizationAnalyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.Change Implementation & SupportLead the rollout of process enhancements and system changes, ensuring smooth adoption through hands-on support and issue resolution.Performance Measurement & ReportingTrack the impact of improvement initiatives through clear documentation and data-driven reporting to demonstrate value and progress.Data-Driven Decision MakingCollect, interpret, and leverage operational data to uncover trends, validate improvements, and guide strategic decisions.Training & Stakeholder EngagementDeliver training on new processes and effectively communicate the rationale and benefits to drive alignment and organizational buy-in.Root Cause Analysis & Problem SolvingApply structured problem-solving techniques to identify underlying issues and implement sustainable, long-term solutions.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with teams across departments to align improvement efforts with business goals and ensure cohesive execution.Project LeadershipManage continuous improvement projects from planning through execution and evaluation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.Qualifications and skillsEducationBachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Experience3-5 years of hands-on experience in a continuous improvement, process optimization, or operational excellence role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Technical ProficiencySkilled in process mapping, statistical analysis, and quality control tools. Proficient with project management software and data visualization platforms.Continuous Improvement MethodologiesWorking knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar frameworks. Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is preferred.Analytical & Problem-Solving SkillsStrong ability to analyze complex data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions that drive measurable improvements.Communication & CollaborationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.Industry KnowledgeFamiliarity with industry-specific standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in quality and operational efficiency.Compensation DataThe typical hiring range for this role is $64,479 to $105,272 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).Kerry is an equal opportunity employer.
