Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial construction projects from conception to completion. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and on-site supervision.Direct and supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.Develop and maintain project budgets; monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.Prepare and present progress reports, cost tracking, and schedules to stakeholders, clients, and senior management.Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution, proactively resolving issues as they arise.Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.Negotiate contracts and change orders with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations.Foster and maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management (commercial, healthcare, education, multifamily, or industrial projects a plus).Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and safety protocols.Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.OSHA 30 certification (preferred).Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development and career advancement opportunities.Johnathan Humphriesjohn.humphries@(646-349-6427)
