Senior Project Manager

RSP Group are supporting a key client as they continue the companys strategic growth into Southern California by recruiting for a Senior Project Manager.This will be a key leadership role for the company and the ideal candidate will play an integral role in Business Development, Project Delivery and helping to build a strong local team.You will be helping to oversee high-value commercial construction projects ranging from $20-60m throughout LA.Key Responsibilities:Lead commercial, industrial, and tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout.Manage project performance to meet budget, schedule, quality, and safety goals.Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.Collaborate with clients, trade partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.Support business development and help identify new project opportunities.The ideal candidate will be working for a leading GC and is either based in LA or looking to relocate.
