Overview: A construction/manufacturing company is currently seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Management Admin to join their team in Greenville, SC. This role is critical in supporting the Project Management and Sales teams by coordinating project documentation, communications, and administrative workflows throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities:Download and organize bid documents (e.g., RFPs, drawings) to internal driveAssist Sales team with RFP responses and complete prequalification formsOrder bid bonds as requiredEnter new job data into internal systems (Viewpoint/Concrete Vision) and issue booking notificationsSchedule Turnover Meetings and prepare/distribute related documentationCoordinate and set up internal and external meetingsUpload project drawings to SharePoint for engineering and subcontractor reviewDraft, prepare, and manage project-related correspondenceMaintain electronic filing of all job documentationGenerate and distribute weekly Project Status ReportsOrder required insurance documents and bondsComplete and submit insurance paperworkAssist with LEED documentation and submittalsRoute contracts and change orders for approvals; file and return to General ContractorSubmit closeout documentation and materials to GC upon project completionPrepare transmittals and upload drawing submittals for GC/ArchitectManage office supply inventory (paper, ink, toner) and print drawings as neededQualifications: Ideally 3+ years of experience in a similar project management roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong phone etiquette and interpersonal skillsExceptional organizational and time management abilitiesSkilled at multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)Able to remain adaptable to shifting priorities or schedule changesMaintains a clean, professional, and organized workspacePrefer Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related fieldSchedule:Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PMCompensation & Benefits:$50,000-60,000Comprehensive benefits packagePerformance-based bonusesCompany known for great culture and tenure
