About the Role:We are looking for a highly organized and results-driving Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of both strategic and tactical initiatives. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product Management, and IT to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. This position plays a key role in the strategic growth of the organization.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and business objectives.Develop comprehensive project plans and facilitate stakeholder approval.Define project tasks and resource requirements; assist in resource planning.Track and document all project phases including specifications, timelines (e.g., Gantt charts), meeting notes, risk assessments, KPIs, and process documentation.Control project scope by managing change requests and ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder sign-off.Lead regular project status meetings and provide updates to all relevant stakeholders.Communicate schedule shifts and cost impacts clearly to stakeholders and leadership.Provide guidance and support to project team members throughout the project lifecycle.Partner with internal teams and leadership across all levels of the organization.Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes and areas for improvement.Travel approximately 30% of the time to other company locationsRequired Knowledge and SkillsStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsExperience with at least one project management software, Asana preferredProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environmentExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to balance and prioritize multiple requests from various departmentsEducation and Employment ExperienceBachelor's degree, preferred3+ years' experience managing project or equivalent combination of education and experienceAdditional InformationFrequent travel to other company locations (approximately 30% of the time)Location: Irving, TX; Bossier City, LA; York, PA or Branchburg, NJFSLA Status: ExemptLearn More About the Company: and
