Job Description: Onsite Service Delivery & Project ManagerWe are seeking a dedicated IT professional to provide onsite service delivery, project management, and client relationship management for a key client. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.Key Responsibilities:Project ManagementLead and execute IT projects including:Service installations and replacementsNetwork upgrades and migrationsNew site/branch deploymentsService DeliveryProvide responsive technical support:Answer phone calls, emails, and voicemailsCreate, manage, and resolve service ticketsDocument detailed ticket resolutions and actions takenMaintenance & OperationsPerform scheduled quarterly and annual maintenance:Backup and restore testingTicket cleanup and reviewExecute technical updates and scans:LAN scansVMware updatesFirewall updatesClient Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong client relationships through:Regular client meetings and check-insOnsite availability and proactive engagementEscalation of concerns or service risks to internal management as neededQualificationsStrong project coordination or project management experienceHands-on technical skills across networking, VMware, firewalls, and backup systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and onsite at client locationsComfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
