Project Manager

Location: On-site in Maitland, FLSchedule: Eligible for 9/80 flex scheduleTravel: Up to 10% (mileage or rental reimbursed)We're looking for a Project Manager to lead a variety of high-voltage substation and transmission line projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating engineering, permitting, construction, and closeout activities to keep projects on track, on budget, and in compliance.What You'll Do:Manage multiple T&D projects through planning, construction, and closeoutOversee engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and site coordinationTrack budgets, costs, risks, and project schedules (Primavera P6)Work with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to meet deliverablesReview technical drawings (one-lines, layouts, profiles) and ensure project accuracyReport progress and challenges to the Lead Project Manager regularlyWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of project management experience in T&D, telecom, or utility constructionStrong knowledge of substations, transmission lines, or telecom networksExperience managing construction-phase projects and contractorsSkilled in Primavera P6, cost control, and risk/change managementStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsPMP certification is a plusBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Mgmt, or related fieldValid driver's license (must meet company driving standards)If youd like to be considered, apply to this post directly or reach out to ricky.aguayo@ for more information.
