This long-term effort includes transmission and substation enhancements across the region, representing one of the most significant grid modernization efforts in California.We are actively hiring Schedulers with strong experience supporting capital delivery projects, particularly within utilities or other complex infrastructure domains such as transportation, high-rise construction, or energy systems. Proficiency with Primavera P6 is a must.What You'll Do:Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for major capital infrastructure projectsCoordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and field teams to integrate scope, milestones, and sequencing into a realistic project timelineTrack schedule progress, identify potential delays or risks, and propose mitigation plansProvide "what-if" scenario planning to assess schedule impacts of project changes or external constraintsAlign schedules with cost and resource plans; support integration with project controls and financial systemsGenerate weekly/monthly schedule updates and reporting for internal and external stakeholdersHelp build a culture of schedule accountability, transparency, and proactive planning across the delivery teamsWho You Are:3-7+ years of project scheduling experience supporting capital infrastructure projectsStrong proficiency in Primavera P6 is requiredBackground in utilities, energy, or large-scale public works (e.g., transit, rail, highway, or commercial infrastructure) is preferredAbility to build and manage detailed construction or engineering schedules across complex, multi-phase programsSkilled in critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and working with field and technical teamsFamiliarity with project controls, earned value metrics, and construction sequencing a plusStrong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skillsBenefits and Perks:MP offers comprehensive contributions to medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents.
