This initiative includes complex transmission and substation upgrades critical to regional energy resilience and grid modernization.We are seeking multiple Project Controls Analysts with strong backgrounds in capital delivery"”especially those with experience on complex infrastructure programs such as major highway builds, skyscrapers, underground rail systems, or high-speed railroads. Prior experience in the utility sector is preferred, but not required.What You'll Do:Provide integrated project controls support (cost, schedule, risk, performance) across multiple capital infrastructure projectsDevelop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent toolsMonitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure alignment with financial forecastsCreate and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, cash flow projections, and change order trackingCollaborate closely with project managers, engineers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and risk mitigationPrepare dashboards, executive reports, and KPI summaries for internal and external stakeholdersAssist in optimizing project delivery strategies and identifying cost or schedule variances earlyWho You Are:3-7+ years of experience in project controls, capital program delivery, or related rolesExperience supporting large-scale, complex infrastructure projects (e.g., utilities, transportation, high-rise construction, major public works)Strong skills in cost management, scheduling (Primavera P6, MS Project), and performance analyticsFamiliarity with utility delivery environments or regulatory-constrained projects is a plusExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficiency in Excel, Power BI, and project controls tools; familiarity with SAP, EcoSys, or similar systems a plusBenefits and Perks:MP offers comprehensive contributions to medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents.
