Director of College Counseling

The client is seeking a Director of College Counseling to join their team. The ideal candidate will work closely with students to provide guidance and support throughout the college application process. This individual will lead a team of counselors and collaborate with faculty to ensure students are well-prepared for the next step in their academic journey.Reporting to the Head of School, the Director of College Counseling will develop and implement strategies to help students identify and apply to colleges that align with their academic and personal goals. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the college admissions process and stay current on trends and best practices in higher education. Additionally, they will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, parents, and college admissions officers.The Director of College Counseling will also oversee the organization of college fairs, information sessions, and workshops to provide students and families with resources and information about the college application process. This individual will play a key role in fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that empowers students to make informed decisions about their future.
