Position Key ResponsibilitiesManages the project master CPM schedule and drives it to completion. Directs subcontractor workflow and troubleshoots project questions utilizing the RFI process. Enforces quality control for all work starting with submittal review through the QA/QC program. Skills & Experience 4-6 years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent, with expertise in renovations, new construction, and site work.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience preferred.Proficient in managing field construction processes, including schedule development, project coordination, and subcontractor oversight.Benefits & CompensationCompensation: $100,000 - $120,000Bonus opportunity Paid Time Off (PTO): 20 days Health Benefits
