Our repeat clients and reputation for reliability are built on decades of performance and innovation.About the RoleAs a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for generating sales, building long-term client relationships, and managing painting projects from bid to close-out. You will oversee all financial and operational aspects of each project, including estimating, budgeting, strategic planning, financial negotiation, and customer communication.We're looking for someone who's not only sharp with attention to detail and organization, but also great with people and thrives in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.What You'll DoPrepare accurate and detailed commercial painting estimatesManage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on budget, timeline, and qualityMaintain project schedules and assign labor/resources efficientlyTrack financials, manage billing, and handle change orders proactivelyDevelop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and serviceVisit job sites regularly for estimating, progress tracking, and quality controlWork collaboratively with field supervisors, clients, vendors, and internal departmentsDevelop strategies and problem solve to achieve maximum efficiency and project successWhat We're Looking ForStrong proficiency in Excel, Word, and AdobeExperience with construction or estimating softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and highly responsive under pressureProfessional, goal-oriented, and adaptableComfortable handling conflict, making decisions, and course-correcting in real timeBasic knowledge of construction and/or paint materialsTeam-first mindset with the ability to lead and motivateBonus Points If You HaveExperience in commercial painting or specialty coatingsWorking knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, or similar toolsPrevious success managing sales goals or project P&LsWhy Burdick Painting?We're not a typical construction company.
