This role is hybrid with preference for Toms River, NJ or Nebraska-based candidates (includes local travel to clinic locations, events, and conferences).Role OverviewAs the Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in growing Above and Beyond's digital presence through creative content, storytelling, and social engagement. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, healthcare, and community impact.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & StorytellingCapture and edit short-form videos (e.g., BCBA spotlights, behind-the-scenes clips, and event coverage)Collaborate with team members to highlight authentic, mission-driven storiesUse tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suite to design compelling visuals and infographicsSocial Media ManagementPlan, schedule, and publish social content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)Monitor comments, messages, and community engagementBrand & Recruitment SupportCreate content to promote our team culture, open roles, and impact in the ABA spaceShare employee testimonials, job highlights, and events that showcase our valuesTrend Awareness & Campaign ExecutionStay informed on social media trends and recommend relevant content ideasAssist with campaign planning tied to awareness days, hiring initiatives, and seasonal eventsWho You AreCreative, organized, and proactivePassionate about branding, storytelling, and making an impactStrong communication skills "” both written and visualProficient in Canva, CapCut, and similar editing tools (required)Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlinesFamiliar with major ***** Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedInExperience or interest in healthcare, education, or human services is a plusPosition DetailsPaid hourly role (rate based on experience)Flexible ***** 10-20 hours per week, with potential for full-timeHybrid/remote work depending on location; local travel may be requiredReal-world experience to build your portfolio and grow professionallyOpportunity to collaborate with marketing and clinical teams and contribute to meaningful workLocation: Flexible - Preference for Toms River, NJ or Nebraska-based candidates (includes local travel to clinic locations, events, and conferences)Status: Paid Position | Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible Hours)Reports To: Director of Marketing Strategy
