This is a business-to-business (B2B) outside sales role focused on developing and selling preventive maintenance service contracts to new and existing commercial clients.Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through cold calls, emails, door-to-door visits, networking, and referralsSet sales appointments with key decision-makers at prospective client companiesBuild long-term relationships through multi-touch sales cycles (up to 18 months)Understand client needs and present tailored service solutionsPrepare and submit professional proposals and documentationLog all sales activity into CRM system in a timely mannerMaintain consistent follow-up and communication with prospects and existing clientsQualifications:3-5 years of successful outside B2B sales experience (construction, facilities, or related industry preferred)Experience in long-cycle, consultative sales environmentsRoofing or construction knowledge is a plus, but not requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systemsValid drivers license, clean driving record, and reliable transportationComfortable traveling locally 80% of the time and inspecting commercial roofs (ladders, heights, etc.)This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives on relationship-building and enjoys a long-term consultative sales approach.
