Culinary Depot is seeking anSenior Project Manager to lead and support ourProject Management team, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly and proactively. We are not just a kitchen installation company"”we operate as a"¯general sub-contractor for the food service industry, responsible for coordinating withall trades"¯on a job, including plumbers, electricians, framers, and HVAC contractors. The ideal candidate will haveat least five years of experience working for a commercial general contractor, overseeing full projects from start to finish. This experience is critical to understanding ourclients expectations, as most of our work is done under contract withGeneral Contractors. TheOperations Manager"¯will focus on"¯growing, developing, and equipping the Project Management team"¯to ensure they have the support and structure needed to deliver"¯on-time, hassle-free"¯projects. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, support, and grow the Project Management team, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.Oversee thecoordination between subcontractors"¯(plumbers, electricians, HVAC, framers, etc.) to ensure all trades align and projects run smoothly. Maintaining operations budgets,andEstablishing best practices"¯for project execution, ensuring"¯timely, profitable, and high-quality delivery.Proactively identify and address potential issues"¯before they impact the timeline, budget, or client satisfaction. Monitor and enhance team performance, ensuring PMs are consistently meeting and exceeding project goals.Recruit, train, and develop Project Managers, expanding the team as the company grows.Ensure our PMs are alwaysone step ahead"¯with the proper tools, processes, and support. What We're Looking For5+ years of experience"¯working as a"¯general contractor, managinglarge-scale construction projects"¯and overseeing coordination with subcontractors. Proven experience managingcomplex, multifaceted projects"¯in a leadership capacity. Expertise inprocess improvement,team development, andoperational efficiency.Ability toanticipate issues"¯and implement proactive strategies for resolution. Proficiency inProcore, Outlook, AutoQuotes, and drawing review.
