Workday Compensation Specialist- Remote (anywhere in the USA)No C2C, only W2 CandidatesWe are looking for a Workday Compensation Specialist to join our Total Rewards and Performance Solutions team. This high-impact role requires deep expertise in Workday Core and Advanced Compensation, especially in supporting and executing year-end compensation processes.Job ** As a senior-level contributor, you'll serve as a Workday Compensation SME, driving configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancements. Youll also play a key role in documentation, stakeholder communication, and supporting critical compensation cycles.Primary *Lead configuration, implementation, and testing of Workday Compensation solutionsDesign and document enhancements, provide ongoing support, and resolve defectsPartner closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutionsDeliver reports and dashboards supporting compensation processesDrive the year-end compensation cycle, including validation and analyticsEnsure confidentiality and sound judgment across all aspects of the roleKey *Workday certifications in HCM Core, Compensation, and Advanced CompensationStrong presentation, communication, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently, prioritize, and deliver with a sense of urgencyDeep experience in compensation business processes and systems testingPrior experience with year-end compensation supportPreferred *Expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation configurationsFamiliarity with system **** UAT, regression, and data validationStrong documentation and change management practicesAbility to stay current with Workday releases and apply enhancementsExcellent multi-tasking and critical thinking skillsWe are Connectors.
