Your expertise will be crucial in crafting and executing a comprehensive change management framework, ensuring seamless integration of new initiatives.This is a full-time 9-month W2 contract job opportunity. The role is located in Atlanta, GA and is hybrid onsite. Change Manager Responsibilities:Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to pinpoint change requirements and objectives, conducting thorough impact assessments to gauge effects on teams and processes.User Experience Mapping: Develop detailed user journey maps to illustrate the impact of changes on user experiences, ensuring a user-centric approach.Strategic Planning: Formulate and refine change delivery plans, detailing the necessary steps for successful implementation.
