About the RoleWe're looking for a skilled and driven Superintendent to lead field operations on a variety of commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments, takes pride in quality execution, and knows how to keep commercial projects (between $1M-10M) running smoothly, safely, and on schedule.As a Superintendent, you'll be the key on-site leader, coordinating trades, ensuring adherence to project specs, and driving progress every day from groundbreaking through closeout.What You'll Do:Lead daily site operations and supervise all field personnel, subcontractors, and vendorsMaintain jobsite safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company standardsCoordinate schedules, inspections, and deliveries to keep the project on trackCommunicate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align on progress, issues, and next stepsConduct site meetings, manage daily logs, and ensure accurate project documentationTroubleshoot and resolve field issues quickly and professionallyUphold quality standards and ensure that work meets design specificationsWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionStrong understanding of commercial building methods, safety regulations, and scheduling practicesProven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coordinate crews and subcontractorsComfortable with construction technology and tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)Excellent communication and organizational skillsOSHA 30 certification preferredWhat's Offered:Competitive salary with bonus potentialVehicle allowance or company vehicleFull benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k)Opportunity to work on high-impact commercial projects with a respected and growing teamStrong company culture with support for professional growth
