Youth and Young Adult Pathways Coordinator

Purpose of **To support the services and programming to achieve the departments targeted impact and outcomes.ResponsibilitiesHelp design and develop programs to further the goals and mission of the department.Foster relationships with education, employment, and life skills stakeholders for collaborative initiatives.Communicate with staff and management, and the National Urban League to respond timely to action items.Determine types and levels of services to be provided and standards by which delivery will be evaluated.Monitor the overall successes of program and program participants.Assist program participants in addressing barriers that hinder their successes.Provide follow up coaching and continuous support to program participants.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Program Manager.Schedule and attend meetings, taking minutes, and incorporating recommendations into program.Assist with managing event planning logistics and registration as well as volunteer and staffing requirements.Organize and archive materials and content for major events and create analytical reports.Support the marketing, communications, social media content, publicity, and coverage for programs and events.Identify critical path issues and bring them to management's attention.Assist with agency activities as needed or requested by senior management. QualificationsOutreach, community engagement, and small business/entrepreneurship support.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Sound independent judgement. Ability and willingness to take direction from senior leadership.Education/High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
