Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a strong background in residential HVAC systems to join our team. This full-time position offers a steady weekday schedule and weekly travel to job sites across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.What You'll **Deliver professionalism, communication, and integrity in all customer interactionsDiagnose, repair, and calibrate a variety of residential HVAC/R equipmentService, troubleshoot and replace parts for residential HVAC systemsWork in attics, crawl spaces, and basements to inspect and service equipmentMaintain vehicle stock, tools, parts, and safety equipmentComplete service documentation accurately and timelyTravel weekly to service customers across NJ and PAWhat We Need from *Minimum 5 years of residential and commercial HVAC experience preferredUniversal EPA Certification for refrigerants (required)Valid driver's license Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating systems and principlesExcellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple service calls per dayFlexibility to travel regularly to NJ and PA (company vehicle provided)Physical ****Ability to lift, carry, and frequently move heavy equipment and partsComfortable working in extreme temperatures and tight spacesStrong balance and coordination for climbing ladders and working at high heightsEndurance to stand, kneel, or crouch for extended periodsDexterity for connecting electrical components and making precise measurementsWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
