Support Engineering Data Specialist

Job **Supports developing, analyzing collecting, and storing various system support technical data elements and specifications for evaluation and assists with making recommendations. Supports providing recommendations on product supportability and establishing product supportability operational maintenance tasks, resources, and support systems to achieve supportability requirements for a single equipment subsystem.Assists with identifying and analyzing logistics support candidates from product definition and develops logistics support analysis records and report.Develops all publication elements for all levels of maintenance for a new or fielded major equipment system or multiple sub systems include theory of operations, flight manuals, testing and troubleshooting procedures, illustrated parts breakdown, removal and installation procedures and schematic diagramsResolves source data gaps and inconsistencies with originatorProvides art mark-upsUpdates publication elements based on internal/external reviews, source data changes and equipment modificationsCollects, researches and analyzes source data to include equipment requirements, maintenance concepts, task analysis documentations, work flows and concept of design to determine impact to technical publicationsIdentifies source data inaccuracies and takes corrective actionValidates source data assumptionsConducts peer reviews of completed publication elements for overall technical accuracy and customers format standards/specificationsSupports customer verification reviews and takes corrective action based on outcomeAbility to use MS Office productsFamiliar with eXtensible Markup LanguageFamiliar with ContentaHard skill required -eXtensible Markup LanguagePreferred Skill -Familiar with ContentaType of background you are looking for (education, # yrs experience, etc.): at least 5 years of experienceEducation / **Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years related work experience , 7 years related work experience, etc.).
