Merchandise Drop Ship Assistant

In this hourly administration position, you will be the "glue" that partners with teams to meet project goals.This position provides and excellent opportunity for a current Buyers Assistant to gain exposure to the eCommerce operations.The Merchandise Drop Ship Assistant provides support to the Drop Ship Manager and coordinates style set up and maintenance.· Facilitates and ensures timely completion of style set up process.· Updates drop ship pricing.· Maintains drop ship database file (i.e. removal of styles and upc maintenance).· Creates and maintains drop ship merchandise analysis reports in Excel.· Performs quality assurance checks for all stock keeping units (skus), including accurate photography, categorization, description, and product name.· Acts as the liaison between Merchandising and Drop Ship operations to resolve issues related to the presentation of products online.· Coordinates projects with internal teams and external vendor partners.· Creates or reproduces reports, forms, correspondence, and other materials as needed by the Manager.Requirements:· Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required.· Proficient using Microsoft Office and ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets.· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.· Ability to embrace and manage change.· Strong follow up and follow through to ensure all tasks are fully completed.· Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.· Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.Total Rewards:The Shoe Carnival, Inc.
