Role:The Advertising Team helps sellers and brands achieve their goals by connecting them with client shoppers around the world. Client is creating innovative adtech solutions to optimize the ad monetization and experience on client. Client's goal is to create a valuable experience for both buyers and sellers, while also driving performance for advertisersTo that end, we are innovating rapidly in the adtech space and there is no shortage of new challenges for motivated individuals.Client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Advertising Team, one of the fastest growing teams at client. Candidate's focus will be on the Promoted Listings Priority (CPC) product suite to deliver complex ecommerce projects from inception to implementation. You'll get to partner with stakeholders horizontally and vertically within the organization across product managers, engineers and technical leads, product marketing managers, sales and operations. You will be reporting directly into a Sr. Program Manager that will be taking care of the program's strategy and vision.Responsibilities:Run end to end lifecycle of complex projects that contribute to the Promoted Listings Priority CPC roadmap, from ideation to go to marketLead key operating rhythms within the organization and between partner teams; ensure that everyone is working together, solving cross org issues / communication / partner concerns in timely mannerAnticipate, assess, and manage risks; perform as needed root cause analysis and recommend mitigation plans that have cross functional alignmentEnsure clear status reporting is happening at all cross functional levels, including both leadership and individual stakeholdersDevelop supporting documentation for various forums and partnersBuild, document, and improve processes across geographically distributed teams/partners to optimize efficiency in a fastpace environmentRequirements:5 plus years of project management experience in crossfunctional environments spanning Product, Engineering, Sales, Ops, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Finance2 plus years of online advertising experienceSelfstarter with strong initiative"”able to proactively identify scalable solutions and drive execution in ambiguous, matrixed environments with minimal supervisionProven ability to lead largescale projects from conception to completion, motivating cross-functional teams and delivering on key milestonesHandson, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on execution and follow-throughSkilled at managing competing priorities and collaborating across distributed teams with both technical and nontechnical membersStrong stakeholder management"”able to work transparently across all levels, ensure clarity on action items, and hold teams accountable without formal authorityClear, concise communicator with a focus on timely documentation, risk escalation, and alignment across stakeholdersWillingness to be handson and flexible to do what's needed to deliverProficient in tools like Jira, Google Suite, Outlook, etc.Preferred requirements:Experience in ecommerce Experience doing incubation projects or experimentationTechnical knowhow (agile methodologies, scrum formation, technical tools)Proficient in AirtableNote:Title: Project Manager Ads PCPOpenings: 1Bill rate: 55/hour USD (however I am willing to consider a higher rate if the candidate checks all the boxes and has a proven track record of success)Locations: US remote, Toronto CAN, and Market A. Note for Market A (Bay Area, Seattle/Bellevue, NYC) as well as those in proximity to an client office (Toronto, Portland, Salt Lake City, Austin), workers will be on the hybrid model and expected to be in the office based on the location minimum.Start Date: ASAPContract end date: 12/31/2025Must haves: Ads Experience, ability to lead without authority, ability to escalate as the situation requires, Ability to lead large scale projects, Strong communication skills, Proficient in tools such as Jira, Google suite, outlook, etc.Preferred skills: ecommerce experience, technical know-how on a business level, Airtable proficiency.Manager: Position will be reporting to Suzanne Mulligan on a dayto-day basis.
