Apollo Technical has an immediate need for a Project Manager in the Charlotte NC area with a busyThis is a full time direct hire positionFull benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401kSalary range 120k-150kAs a vital member of the Project Management Team, the Project Manager - Will oversee all aspects of projects from order intake to closeout.This role is responsible for driving margin improvement, managing site and erection activities, and ensuring customer requirements are met with excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to proposal development and support final sales negotiations as needed.Develop and manage project budgets, organizational structures, and schedules.Coordinate project timelines with Engineering, Construction, and Supply Chain teams.Assess vendor bids and negotiate equipment, pricing, and project scope in collaboration with Supply Chain and Engineering.Ensure all project phases are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Centralize and verify all project-related documentation for compliance.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and major subcontractors.Monitor and report on project schedules, milestones, progress, and financials (margin, revenue, cash flow forecasts).Oversee change order processes and claim management.Conduct site visits for supervision as required.Participate in project design, procurement, quality control, and task management.Utilize reporting tools to deliver clear, timely reports to management.Embody and promote company values: Teamwork, Customer Focus, Passion & Determination, Respect, and Humility.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering (chemical or mechanical is preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Project and familiarity with CAD environments.Knowledge of heat exchange processes and mechanical construction principles.Exceptional project management skills with a self-directed approach.Strong customer-centric mindset.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build effective interdepartmental relationships.Cultural adaptability and openness to global diversity.Certification to supervise work at height.Willingness to travel as needed.
