Electrical EstimatorJob ** We are seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to join our team for a variety of mission-critical projects in Northern Virginia. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with travel and eager to join a fast-growing company. This role involves working on mission-critical retrofits and tenant fit-outs, ensuring accurate and competitive electrical estimates. Additionally, the candidate will be client-facing, responsible for building out the electrical department and establishing strong relationships with clients.Required Skills & *Minimum of 3 years of lead electrical estimating experience on mission-critical/data center work.Proven experience in electrical estimating, specifically in mission-critical/data center environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel as required by project needs.Client-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Estimating software Prepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates for mission-critical projects.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project requirements.Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.Participate in project meetings and site visits as needed.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.Build and develop the electrical department, ensuring it meets the needs of the company and its clients.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for electrical estimating matters.***Proven experience in electrical estimating, specifically in mission-critical/data center environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel as required by project needs.Client-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Compensation 100,000 - 130,000 Based on experience
