This innovative technology has a wide range of promising applications, including the identification and retrieval of tumor-reactive T cells, stem cells with the potential to treat various diseases, and antibody-secreting B cells that can accurately recognize specific cell targets.Based in Branford, CT, Enrich's small team has designed and brought the TROVO to market in just four years with funding from Connecticut Innovations and additional venture and private investors.VP of Sales and MarketingEnrich Biosystems is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Sales and Marketing to join its senior leadership team and lead all aspects of commercial strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for driving top-line growth through the successful commercialization of our TROVO platform and related services.Success in the first year will be measured by hitting revenue milestones, expanding active opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, and laying the foundation for a scalable and high-performing commercial team.Position Summary:Lead and manage the companys commercial launch efforts, encompassing sales and marketing strategies, brand initiatives, and overall revenue generation.Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to differentiate and demonstrate the value of Enrich technology to target audiences.Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure unified messaging, successful product launches, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution:Own the commercial revenue forecast and align with finance and operations to set aggressive yet realistic targets. Delivering against short-term and long-term goals.Lead direct sales activities, including demonstrations and trials with field application scientists, contract services, and instrument POs.Manage and expand the sales pipeline; monitor KPIs such as average deal size, pipeline conversion, and sales cycle.Marketing Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to establish TROVO's differentiation in the cell discovery and isolation space.Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and analyze market potential for maximum penetration.Refine and tailor value propositions based on user feedback and competitive insights.Lead brand development and campaign execution across digital, conference, and KOL webinar channels.Infrastructure & People Management:Manage Salesforce CRM and implement robust internal sales processes.Build, mentor, and scale the commercial team, aligning internal stakeholders on growth priorities.Serve as a key voice in the leadership team to align commercial plans with broader corporate objectives.Qualifications and Expertise:Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD) preferred.10-15+ years of commercial experience in the life sciences, including direct responsibility for sales, marketing, and revenue generation.At least 3 years in a sales or sales leadership role focused in capital equipment or instruments.Proven track record of growing business in complex life sciences or tools-based environments"”particularly in cell-based assay products.Experience selling capital equipment and/or contract services to academic, clinical, and industry stakeholders.Deep understanding of the life sciences research landscape, including competitive technologies, purchasing dynamics, and regulatory considerations.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally.Demonstrated success in developing teams, managing pipelines, and building customer networks, particularly in U.S. pharma.Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing analytics tools.Ability to travel to visit customer sites and attend conferences, approximately 30%.Why Work For Enrich Biosystems?Shape the Future of Cell-Based Research: Join a company pioneering a novel, microfluidics-free approach to single-cell discovery and isolation that enable deeper insights into immunotherapy, oncology, and regenerative medicine.Be a Foundational Commercial Leader: Step into a high-impact leadership role with direct influence over Enrich's go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and revenue growth during a critical phase of expansion.Join a Mission Driven Team: Work alongside passionate scientists, engineers, and business leaders in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where your contributions directly shape the company's trajectory.CompensationThis opportunity is eligible for base salary, competitive commission, yearly cash bonus and competitive stock options.Enrich Biosystems Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
