We are a factory authorized distributor and service center for several top brand manufacturers of GPS, Optical Instruments and mapping drones. Hayes also carries a full line of supplies and accessories. We are looking to add a new Technical Sales Account manager immediately due to market demand.TECHNICAL SURVEY SALES:REMOTE Work option available***Part Time Selling Model availableFlexible comp plan with starting base salaryHealth Insurance INCLUDED, PTO, 401K and Vehicle PlanProvide technical sales of surveying instruments and accessories.Provide technical support to existing customers.Perform Business Development and new salesIn-house technical and sales training will be provided.Some travel will be requiredActively prospect new customersPerform on site product demonstrationsSKILLSPositive attitude and a strong desire to sell and succeed in a team environment.Knowledge of land surveying, civil engineering, or construction surveying is a plusProven Sales experience a plus but not requiredAbility to learn technical content, products, and softwareStrong technical aptitude with a focus on problem-solving skillsGood written and oral communication skillsStrong computer, CAD, and Microsoft Office skillsDemonstrated ability to learn and work independentlyRESPONSIBILITIESClearly articulate technical features & benefits and give product demonstrationsPartner with the sales team to generate leadsFind and maintain prospective clientsProvide general technical support to clientsQUALIFICATIONSAbility to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leadsWillingness to travelStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsSurveying and Construction experience is a PLUS!
