Please note this role is not with Calder Capital and is being post for on behalf of our client.Vice President of Sales & MarketingLocation: Muskegon, MI Full-time | Executive LeadershipReady to lead a growing team in a leading company with big plans for the future?Lakeside Surfaces is looking for a strategic, experienced, and people-focused Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead our revenue growth across retail, wholesale, and B2B channels. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on an established but evolving organization, while shaping how we sell, market, and serve our customers across Michigan and beyond.What Youll Do:Lead all sales and marketing efforts across omni-channel distribution (retail, wholesale, B2B)Build and coach a high-performing sales team, aligned to business goalsDevelop and execute strategies to expand into new markets and territoriesImprove sales processes using tools like CRM and marketing automationStrengthen customer relationships and drive brand loyaltyPartner with leadership on pricing, positioning, and overall growth strategyVisit teams regularly in the field and at our headquarters, with flexibility based on locationWhat Were Looking For: 10+ years of sales and marketing leadership, ideally in building materials, manufacturing, or a related industry (Industry experience is highly preferred. )A track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering resultsExperience working across multiple sales channels and customer segmentsStrategic thinking with the ability to execute and lead through changeStrong communication, team development, and customer relationship skillsWhere We Work We are currently active in Northern Michigan, Southeast Michigan, and West Michigan.
