Job Description

As client services director, you will lead a team of HR professionals to provide services to Empowered Hospitality clients. You will be responsible for initiating, building and sustaining relationships, architecting and delivering leading HR solutions, supporting the development of our team, meeting financial targets, and contributing to the strategic growth of our firm. Prior experience in a consultative role, managing a P&L, liaising with senior-level executives, and managing projects is essential for this role, in addition to an understanding and appreciation of general HR principles, strategies and tactics.
