Salary Range: $80K~ + Either [Profit Share Bonus] OR [incentive based on individual performance] Skills: Japanese/English Bilingual Skills Job Summary:Japanese Automation Co. is seeking a driven and experienced Bilingual (Japanese/English) Account Manager in Lexington, KY. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who excels in building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions. Youll work closely with both domestic and Japanese clients, leveraging your language skills and sales acumen to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships by visiting current and prospective client sitesUnderstand client needs and recommend suitable products or servicesPresent and demonstrate product value to potential customersCollect and analyze sales data to identify market trendsDevelop and implement effective sales strategies and individual quotasStay up to date on company offerings and industry trendsMaintain a well-organized database of client contact informationHandle negotiations and resolve customer complaints professionallyProvide dedicated after-sales support to boost client satisfactionMaintain frequent communication with clients to understand evolving needsAccurately process orders, including rush requests, and track customer needsPerform data entry for sales metrics and maintain organized recordsReport any unusual activity or concerns to supervisorsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)3+ years of experience in sales or account managementBilingual fluency in Japanese and English (verbal and written)Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong time management and organizational abilitiesComputer literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.)Team-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive mindsetWillingness to travel up to 40%
