🔧 Technical Sales Representative - Industrial Valves (Inside Sales)📍Full-Time · Permanent | Remote/Hybrid Available | Serving U.S. & CanadaJoin a globally recognized industrial solutions provider with operations in over 70 countries and a legacy of more than 50 years in engineering excellence. We specialize in the design, manufacture, and distribution of knife gate valves, wall-mounted valves, industrial regulators, and hydromechanical equipment. We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team and support our growing customer base across North America.📝What You'll DoCustomer Engagement & SupportRespond to customer inquiries via phone and email with accurate technical and commercial information.Understand customer needs and offer tailored product solutions and recommendations.Provide professional, courteous service throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.Quotations & Order ManagementPrepare and deliver detailed quotations based on customer specifications.Process and track customer orders while coordinating with production and relevant departments.Provide updates and post-sales follow-up to ensure delivery accuracy and client satisfaction.Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering attentive and solution-oriented service.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and market insights.Team CollaborationWork closely with external sales and technical teams to align goals and provide customized solutions.Collaborate internally to troubleshoot technical requirements and align customer needs with product offerings.Industry KnowledgeStay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technical innovations.Participate in internal product and technical training to stay sharp and informed.✅ What You BringExperience in sales, customer service, or technical sales support.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities with responsibility and efficiency.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word).Experience with technical products or industrial equipment (a strong asset).Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (a plus).💡Key Traits for SuccessPositive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.Technical curiosity and ability to learn and explain complex products.A customer-first mindset with a focus on long-term relationships.
