Job **Our client is seeking a RPA Developer to join their team! This position is located in St. Louis, MO.Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UIPath StudioCollaborate with Business Analysts to understand process requirements and ensure accurate automation implementationConduct thorough testing and debugging of automations to ensure optimal performance and reliabilityMaintain and optimize existing RPA processesParticipate in daily stand-up meetings to discuss project progress and challengesDesired Skills/3+ years of hands-on experience as an RPA Developer, with a strong focus on UIPathProficiency in UIPath Studio is essential; youll be working with it dailyDemonstrated ability to build complex automation workflows independentlySolid understanding of development best practicesExperience with other programming languages is a plus, but direct experience with the UIPath tool is paramountAbility to work on-site in St. Louis, Missouri**Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $115,000 and $130,000.
