Manager - HLT/EHR Data Integration (Corepoint)** Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days a aweek) Leading Healthcare SystemSummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Integration Manager to own the Corepoint integration practice and lead a team delivering HL7 v2/v3 and FHIR solutions across multiple hospital facilities. You will define the integration roadmap, mentor engineers, and serve as the primary liaison between clinical stakeholders, vendors, and IT leadership to ensure seamless, secure, and scalable data exchange.Key ResponsibilitiesLead & mentor a team of integration engineers (6-10) delivering interfaces in Corepoint and related engines.Architect, design, and optimize Corepoint deployments (HA clusters, load balancing, monitoring).Oversee the full lifecycle of HL7, FHIR, and API-based integrations"”scoping, build, test, cutover, support.Establish coding standards, CI/CD, and governance for interface development.Own SLA/KPI dashboards and report integration health to executive leadership.Champion HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR compliance, audit readiness, and security best practices.Drive continuous *** performance tuning, cloud migration, and process-engine automation.Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and resource planning for integration initiatives.Required Qualifications8+ years in healthcare integration with 5+ yrs Corepoint (or Cloverleaf/Mirth/Rhapsody) and 3+ yrs team leadership.Proven track record designing enterprise Corepoint architectures supporting >1 M msgs/day.Deep HL7 v2.x, v3, and FHIR R4 knowledge; strong data-mapping & transformation skills.Hands-on scripting (Python/JavaScript) for automation and monitoring.Experience governing interfaces for Epic, Cerner, or Meditech environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.PreferredCloud-hosted Corepoint or containerized deployments (AWS/Azure).BPM/workflow engine integration (Camunda, Bizagi).Prior consulting / managed-services background.
