Project ManagerThe Project Manager will work with Medical Business Partners; R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality & Regulatory Compliance, Pre-Clinical, Health Economics & Market Access and Professional Medical Education.With limited direction, lead Medical Affairs SMEs to implement the best enterprise business solutions/propositionsGuide Medical Affairs SMEs through the development of project plans and task trackingDrive project activities to meet project and business objectives Drive team accountability for deliverables and ensure projects meet defined project breakthroughsDemonstrate team performance management; ask the right questions to understand business impact and risksMake the complex simple when presenting opportunities and plans to the team and organizationLead team thorough detailed analysis, scenario planning and drive recommendationsEngage teams in healthy debate/conflict resolution, and deliver team aligned option business solutionsLead prioritization and options analysis with teamsDevelop, lead and maintain up-to-date Project Timelines inclusive of all critical milestones, key interdependencies, financial commitments, and resource constraints, while applying appropriate project scheduling techniquesLead "lessons learned" exercises, share lessons among project leaders and other teamsExperience & Education:A minimum Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Business or a related fieldA minimum of 6 years of relevant business experienceStrong Business and Financial Acumen
