POSITION OVERVIEW:The Senior Account Executive (SAE) manages relationships and scopes of work between the agency and clients. Acting as the main liaison, the SAE ensures client goals are met across projects, oversees marketing budgets and strategies, and maintains strong relationships. Our agency fosters a culture of learning, encouraging every employee to reach their full potential.RESPONSIBILITIESAccount Management & Business DevelopmentManage and retain client relationships across key stakeholdersDevelop and execute strategic marketing plans and budgetsProvide market, competitive, and ROI analysisCoordinate projects with internal teams (Creative, Digital, Web, etc.)Support new and organic business development effortsReport on campaign performance and strategic recommendationsAssist with media and public relations strategyLead or support event planningProject ManagementPrioritize and coordinate cross-functional projectsEnsure campaigns are results-driven and strategies are alignedConduct quality assurance and troubleshoot media asset issuesCommunicate fulfillment or performance issues promptlyAnalyticsReview campaign results with internal teams and recommend optimizationsPresent data insights using Microsoft Office and Google toolsCommunicationManage multiple projects with timely, professional communicationFoster collaboration across internal teamsActively contribute to a productive team environmentIndustry KnowledgeStay informed on marketing trends and client industry developmentsUnderstand current and emerging media types, including their advantages and constraintsSKILLS & REQUIREMENTSExcellent written/verbal communication and time managementProblem-solving mindset with adaptability and creativityStrong understanding of media channels, audience behavior, and analyticsDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughAbility to manage multiple priorities under pressureCollaborative, client-focused approachProfessional demeanor with ability to travel as neededEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years in marketing or account managementExperience in digital strategy, analytics, and media platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)Familiarity with content marketing and reporting toolsStrong computer skills (Microsoft and Google Suites, Dropbox)Professional writing experience preferredLOCATION & SCHEDULEBased in Decatur, IL or Chicago, ILHybrid: 3 in-office / 2 remote days per weekMonday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmSALARY & BENEFITSCompetitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 (based on experience and location)Women-Owned, Family-Owned BusinessPaid holidays and time offHealth, dental, life, and disability insurance401(k) retirement planDCC Marketing, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer
