Senior Project Manager - Data Center ConstructionMission Critical / Data Center ConstructionAn established and nationally recognized general contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their growing Data Center Construction team in the Dallas area. This is a key leadership role focused on delivering large-scale, complex mission critical facilities for leading technology clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all phases of data center construction projects from preconstruction through close-out, ensuring project objectives are met on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and company financial targets.Direct project teams, including superintendents, MEP managers, subcontractors, and consultants, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.Maintain and develop strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate with design teams, permitting authorities, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards, as well as all applicable codes and regulations.Qualifications8+ years of experience in construction project management, with a significant focus on data centers, mission critical, or large-scale industrial projects.Proven track record of managing large, complex construction projects ($100M+ preferred) from start to finish.Strong knowledge of MEP systems and mission critical facility requirements.Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam) and financial controls.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.Why Join?Opportunity to lead cutting-edge data center projects for world-class clients.Work with an experienced and supportive team in a company known for safety, integrity, and quality.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Long-term career growth with one of the industry's top contractors in the mission critical sector.
