Job Title: DAS Construction ManagerLocation: Western & Eastern Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh & Philadelphia Metro Areas)Type: Contract | Travel RequiredOverview:Were hiring a DAS Construction Manager to support large-scale inbuilding wireless projects across major venues, including hospitals and stadiums, in Western and Eastern Pennsylvania. This role is accountable for civil works execution, vendor oversight, schedule control, and ensuring quality and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Experience with clean rooms and active environments is required for hospital projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead DAS construction efforts for large venues and healthcare facilities.Manage site activities, including schedule enforcement, risk mitigation, and vendor coordination.Enforce Ericsson, local, federal, and customer safety and construction standards.Conduct pre-inspections, quality audits, and site closeout reviews.Ensure clean room protocols and environmental controls in hospital builds.Track materials, reject non-compliant deliveries, and ensure proper installation.Interface with internal PM teams and external service providers for seamless execution.Maintain project documentation in Site Handler including RFDS, SOW, and QA/QC compliance.Report daily progress and technical issues to project management.Required Experience:5+ years managing DAS/in-building wireless construction projects.Successful track record leading projects in venues with over 500 active nodes/sites.Proven clean room construction experience in healthcare settings.Familiarity with Ericsson standards, tools, and documentation processes.Strong understanding of OSHA30, RF Awareness, CPR/First Aid, and Ergonomics compliance.Certifications (Mandatory):OSHA30RF AwarenessCPR/First AidErgonomics Training (Annual)Other Requirements:Must be local to PA with flexibility for statewide travel.Clean driving record and availability for on-site supervision.Equal Opportunity Employer:We are committed to fair and inclusive hiring practices.
