We are looking for someone who is ambitious, friendly, organized and dedicated to task completion and problem solvingProject Engineers should have 0-3 years of experience in commercial constructionRESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:Support Project Manager and team members with project administrationCollaborate with Project Manager and Project Superintendent to create, track and update construction schedulesMEP coordinationCreate, distribute and track RFIsPrepare submittal schedule and submittal packages upon review of scope and specificationsReview subcontractor shop drawings and submittals for adherence to plans and specificationsMaintain organized project binders and digital filesUnderstand contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders and changes ordersPrepare project close out packagesCoordinate and attend job walksParticipation and coordination of project meetings, manage meeting minuteQUALIFICATIONS:Experience & Skills:Basic understanding of construction schedules, drawings, and construction timelinesHas strong verbal and written communication skillsDedicated to task completionProblem solverKnowledge of MS ProjectProficient in MS OfficeExperience using project management, knowledge of Procore is preferredEducation & Certifications:AA or Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferredCOMPENSATION:Base Salary Depends on experience.
