If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within a team-oriented culture, please apply today!Position Overview/Responsibilities For The Project Coordinator Engage with internal teams to assess workflow needs and build tailored folder structures in Box Document each teams current and future-state workflow related to document storage and collaboration Design and implement organized folder structures in Box tailored to each teams operational needs Deliver team-specific training sessions and provide hands-on support during go-live This is a contract position for approximately 2 months, with the possibility of extension A high-level understanding of PHI/data privacy is required, training will be providedRequired Skills For Project Coordinator Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and documentation abilities Demonstrated ability to facilitate training and develop user-friendly support materials Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with other collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, or Office 365What's in it for you?
