Senior PowerApps Power Pages / Power Portal Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Power Platform Technical Lead with deep expertise in Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals) to lead solution architecture, design, and development for enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will bring experience across the full Microsoft Power Platform suite and demonstrate a strong understanding of integrating Dataverse, Azure services, and custom components within secure, scalable, and user-friendly Power Pages portals.Power PlatformArchitect with strong experience, Power Pages (formerly Power Portals), and the broader Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade applications through Microsoft PowerApps and Dynamics 365, contributing to all phases of the development life cycle.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop applications us PowerApps, Power Automate, and external websites using Power Pages/Portals. Must understand architecture of PowerPages, Javascript, authentication, compliance, governance around Powerpage design and development.Implement custom solutions using Azure Services, custom connectors, and plugin development.Build user-friendly and secure interfaces on Power Apps Portals.Translate technical and business requirements into functional, scalable solutions.Create and maintain workflows, business process flows, andintegrations.Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for requirements gathering and delivery alignment.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and DevOps best practices.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Power Platform development.Hands-on expertise with PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages/Portals.Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customizations and integrations.Proficient in debugging, performance tuning, and application lifecycle management.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in end-to-end Power Platform solutions including portals, custom connectors, and automation.Solid understanding of Dataverse, SSRS, and Power BI.Working knowledge of SQL, Oracle, or SSIS for data migration.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Microsoft Certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 are a plus.Responsibilities:Understand and analyze business requirements related to Client existing processes and translate them into technical specifications and system configurations within the Microsoft PowerPlatformCustomize and configure the Microsoft PowerPlatform components to design solutions for the customer problems.Collaborate with stakeholders, including business teams, management, and IT to gather requirements, provide recommendations and implement best practices leveraging the PowerPlatformPerform data migrations and integrations with other systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity using the PowerPlatformDevelop and deliver training programs and documentation to educate end users on how to effectively use PowerPlatform components and its features.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for any User queries, resolving issues and optimize system performance.Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft PowerPlatform features, updates, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage new functionalities to enhance client business.Strong experience in implementing and customizing the Microsoft PowerPlatform components, iPower Apps / Model Driven Apps / Power Automate / AI Builder / Power Virtual Agents & Portal PagesIn depth understanding of all the best Coding practices with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurationsNice to haveAssociate would have completed two/multiple Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)
