Job Profile SummarySolutions and Enterprise Principal Solutions Architects are sufficiently mature to drive consulting critical to the company, strategical directions in technology, corporate methodology, and competence development. On the technical level, they work cross profiles and can lead teams of architects in large discoveries and assessments. Works directly with the client C-level stakeholders. They collaborate with Sr. Solutions Architects, other architects, associates, and candidates to grow architectural competence and maturity in Delivery and Consulting Organizations.Duties and ResponsibilitiesConsistently deliver high-quality development services to clientsDrive architectural service executions such as Discovery and AssessmentTalk to the business to understand business and technical requirements for the project Communicate technical constraints and decisions to the businessFacilitate cooperation of all the stakeholders define and prioritize architectural drivers for the solution.Cooperate with other architects and technology experts to produce solid architectural decisions. Drive and coordinate technical staff discussionsElaborate system quality attributes such as performance, scalability, availability, fault-tolerance, security, deployment, maintainability, and othersTranslate customers' business, functional, and non-functional requirements into high quality solution architecture visions and operations plans consistent with enterprise architectural standards using Attribute Driven DesignDefine architecture strategies, standards, processes, technologies, and tools in architecture visionsDrive or assist in solution implementation estimation and roadmap constructionAnalyze, model, document, and assess existing software architectures according to the Architecture Trade-off Analysis methodologyAct as an expert and consult development teams on adherence to standards in solution design, development, and testingClearly convey technical ideas to the development and operations teamsResponsible for establishing secure customer data management process along with Project Leadership team which includes but is not limited to data obtaining, exchange, storing, retention and deletion throughout the whole project lifecycleFollow off-boarding and project closure procedures, fulfilling customer data retention and deletion rules set up on the project according to contract commitments and company policiesFollow Privacy Information and Data Protection company policies to ensure security of customer data that is being used for project purposesEducationBachelors Degree or higherExperienceAt least 12 yearsProfessional certificationSEI Software Architecture Professional (Optional)SCJP/SCJD/SCWCD/SCBCD/SCDJWS (Optional)MCP/MCTS/MCPD (Optional)IBM SOA (Optional)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, or protected veteran status.
