Revenue Cycle Operations Consultant

**Our client is looking for a mid-level revenue cycle operations consultant to support the senior advisor in executing operational improvements across Epic HB/PB back-endworkflows. This individual will assist with day-to-day workflow assessments, reporting, and process documentation.**Support the senior consultant with execution of recommendations and initiativesAssist in evaluating billing, collections, and posting workflowsPerform data pulls and Epic report reviews to support findingsHelp document current vs. future state processesProvide operational insight and hands-on support for process change Required Experience5+ years in revenue cycle operations, with specific experience in Epic HB and/or PBStrong understanding of billing, collections, and cash posting processesComfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentExperience supporting revenue cycle transformation or optimization projects preferred5+ years of epic experience required, certification a plus
