Title IT Engagement ManagerEmployment Type Full-TimeJob Site Onsite, Monday-FridayCity SpokaneState WashingtonPay Rate Range (External) $100K - $120KBENEFITS: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401KROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESWe are seeking an IT Engagement Manager to serve as the key liaison between internal departments and our Managed Services Provider (MSP) partner in a growing construction and property management organization. This hands-on role ensures that IT systems, support, and vendor services meet the operational needs of the organization.Internal Stakeholder EngagementServe as the go-to IT liaison for departments such as property management, construction operations, and finance.Translate internal business needs into technical requirements and coordinate with the MSP to secure necessary resources for execution.Ensure technology services are aligned with the workflows of on-site and field teams, including mobile device usage, system access, and site connectivity.MSP Coordination & Service OversightAct as the primary interface with the MSP to manage service requests, prioritize escalations, and track service levels.Coordinate onboarding and offboarding workflows for employees across the company.Ensure timely follow-up for helpdesk issues, hardware/software requests, and infrastructure support.Oversee MSP-driven IT inventory management, including tracking hardware assets and ensuring availability for field and office personnel.Support IT budget forecasting in collaboration with the MSP and finance, including software renewals, hardware planning, and licensing needs.Review and approve IT-related purchase requests in coordination with internal stakeholders and MSP recommendations.IT Program Support & System CoordinationHelp coordinate and track IT projects involving construction and property platforms such as Yardi (property management), Salesforce (CRM), Okta (identity management), and other business-critical systems. Construction related platforms such as:Partner with internal departments during software rollouts, upgrades, and infrastructure changes to ensure minimal disruption to active projects and tenant services.Monitor project milestones and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership.Training & User EnablementProvide or facilitate user training on internal IT systems and processes.Create and maintain user-facing IT documentation such as SOPs, system how-to guides, and FAQs in property and construction operations.Conduct training sessions for common tools used by site personnel and office staff. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates a strong understanding of technology and operations alignment.4-6 years of experience in IT coordination, technical account management, or IT business relationship management roles, with a demonstrated ability to bridge technical services and non-technical stakeholders.Proven experience supporting IT needs in construction or property management environments, including understanding the operational workflows, urgency, and compliance needs typical in these industries.Hands-on familiarity with key systems such as Salesforce (CRM), Yardi (Property Management), Okta (Identity Management), and Microsoft 365 (collaboration and productivity)"” with the ability to support end users, troubleshoot common issues, and communicate needs effectively to technical service providers.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across teams, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and translate business needs into actionable IT solutions.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities including helpdesk escalations, IT asset logistics, user onboarding/offboarding, and project timelines concurrently.Ability to work onsite in Spokane, WA, to support day-to-day operational needs, engage face-to-face with internal teams, and ensure IT services are effectively aligned with business operations.Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed for site support, training, or coordination with other locations.BONUS QUALIFICATIONSExperience working with or coordinating efforts through a Managed Services Provider (MSP).Knowledge of Property Management lifecycle workflows, construction site IT needs, or tenant support operations.Prior experience delivering end-user training or creating technology documentation.Understanding of ITIL principles or basic ITSM best practices.WHY AVERRO?Averro is an equal opportunity employer, and we are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
