StaffBright is seeking an experienced and results-driven 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join the team of one of our valued clients. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for overseeing production operations during the second shift, ensuring optimal workflow, adherence to safety and quality standards, and achievement of production goals. The ideal candidate will bring proven supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a vital role with a company that values operational excellence and team collaboration.What You Will Be DoingLead, train, and develop production staff, fostering a high-performance team environment through coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement.Supervise daily 2nd shift operations to ensure quality standards, production efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols are consistently met.Drive performance in key areas such as labor utilization, scrap reduction, and throughput by monitoring metrics and implementing process improvements.Support and mentor team leaders and line leaders, ensuring alignment with production cadence and operational goals through proactive communication and guidance.What We Need From You3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within assembly operations.
