Vice President of Design

The client is looking for a Vice President of Design to lead the global creative direction for their brand. This role involves shaping the visual identity, product design, and seasonal storytelling across all categories and regions. The ideal candidate will have deep design expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to work within a fast-moving, global organization. Responsibilities include defining and leading the global creative vision, driving innovation in design, and managing a multi-disciplinary design team.The Vice President of Design will be responsible for developing seasonal creative direction, delivering best-in-class product design, and aligning with marketing, product, digital, and communication teams to ensure cohesive brand expression. They will also mentor the design team, champion the use of generative AI and digital tools, and represent the brands design voice externally. Qualifications for this role include 10+ years of experience in design and creative leadership roles for global consumer brands, a background in performance fashion or related industries, and a strong understanding of global markets and consumer segmentation.The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, innovation, and delivering products with purpose.
